3. Actions We May Take
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, GrammerlyNest may:

We reserve the right to restore removed content if a valid counter-notification is received.
4. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Wrongly Removed)
If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
